1) Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to:
Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus.
Not included here: Germany and Austria (handled separately).

2) How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on destination, product, and where stock ships from (EU hub vs. international). Below are typical tracked estimates. Some countries share the same range by design for consistency and transparency.

3) What shipping methods and carriers do you use?
We use tracked services end-to-end. The exact route depends on stock location and the best-performing network for your address.

Linehaul / Export partners (typical): 4PX, Yanwen, CNE, ePacket/China Post, USPS Global Post, or similar.

EU Import & Handover: Parcels enter the EU (often NL/BE/FR/ES/PL) and transfer to a local carrier.

You’ll always receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to start updating after dispatch.
4) Where do you ship from?

We ship from a network of partner warehouses in the EU (commonly NL/BE/ES/PL) and from manufacturer facilities outside the EU (often Asia), depending on stock.

Items may ship in multiple parcels to speed up delivery; each parcel has its own tracking.
5) Will I pay customs or import fees?
-
Within the EU: When fulfilled from an EU warehouse, no customs are due.

If shipped from outside the EU: VAT and/or import duties may be charged by your local authority. These are the customer’s responsibility (see our Shipping Policy for details). We strive to use compliant networks and pre-clearance when available.
6) How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address, total weight/size, and method.

Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply (clearly shown at checkout or on the product page).
7) Can I change my address after ordering?
-
We can usually update the address within 12 hours of your order and before dispatch.

After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier’s rules and may not be guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipment costs apply.
8) What if my package is late, lost, or damaged?

Late: If your order is 5 business days beyond the maximum estimate for your country, contact support@maxsneak.com with your order number—we’ll chase the carrier.

Lost: If a carrier confirms loss, we’ll reship or refund according to your preference.

Damaged: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label, and item. We’ll sort a replacement or refund.
9) Will I need to sign for delivery?

Most standard shipments do not require a signature. Some express or high-value orders may require one for security. If you’re not home, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or drop at a pickup point (varies by country).
10) Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
-
PO boxes: Often not supported for courier services—please provide a physical address.

Parcel lockers/pickup points: Supported in many countries (e.g., InPost in PL, Packstations not applicable here; bpost pickup in BE, Mondial Relay/Relais in FR/BE/ES). Availability depends on the carrier at checkout.
11) How do I track my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link.

Allow up to 72 hours for initial scans.

For multi-parcel orders, you’ll receive one email per parcel (or multiple links in one email).

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, contact us—sometimes carriers miss scans but parcels are still in transit.
12) What happens if I ordered multiple items?

To speed things up, items may ship separately. You may receive some products earlier than others.

Each parcel is tracked; your order page and emails will list all tracking numbers.
13) Holiday peaks & exceptional events
-
During peak seasons (Black Friday, December, major sales) and exceptional events (strikes, severe weather), carriers can experience backlogs. Please consider the upper end of the delivery window during these periods.
