1) How does the order process work?

Below is our step-by-step guide from placing your order to receiving your package.
The process usually looks like this:


Step 1 — Place Your Order

🛒 Choose your products, select size and color, add to cart.
💳 Go to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm the purchase.
🔒 Your payment is processed securely via our trusted payment partners.


Step 2 — Order Confirmation

📩 You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
It contains:

  • Order number

  • Items purchased

  • Payment confirmation

  • Estimated shipping time


Step 3 — Order Processing

📦 Our team prepares your order for dispatch.
This includes:

  • Quality check of your items

  • Packing in protective packaging

  • Creating your shipping label

Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).


Step 4 — Dispatch & Tracking

🚚 Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
📍 You can follow your order in real time via:

  • The tracking link in your email

  • Your MaxSneak.com account (if registered)


Step 5 — Delivery

📦 Your package is delivered via our courier partners (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, local post).
In some countries, parcels may be left at a pickup point if no one is home.


2) Can I change my order after placing it?

  • You can update your address or cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it — just email support@maxsneak.com.

  • After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed. Address changes may be possible depending on the carrier’s rules.

  • If you ordered the wrong size/color, we recommend contacting us immediately so we can adjust before shipping.


3) How can I track my order?

  • Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.

  • If tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, contact support.
