1) Which payment methods do you accept?

3) How does Klarna work?

Klarna lets you shop now and pay later in different ways:

  • Pay in 30 days: Receive your order and pay the full amount within 30 days.

  • Pay in 3 installments: Split your payment into three equal parts — no interest or fees if paid on time.

  • Klarna Financing: Spread the cost over 6–36 months (interest may apply).

Klarna availability depends on your country and is subject to approval by Klarna.

4) How does PayPal Pay Later work?

PayPal Pay Later allows you to split your purchase into multiple payments or delay full payment:

  • Pay in 4: Four interest-free payments every two weeks.

  • Monthly payments: Spread your purchase over a longer period (interest may apply).

5) When will my payment be charged?

  • Card payments: Charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Klarna & PayPal Pay Later: Follow the agreed schedule based on your chosen option.

  • PayPal / Wallet payments: Charged at checkout.

6) Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Once your order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need to switch methods, we may need to cancel and reissue the order (contact support within 12 hours).

7) What currency will I be charged in?

  • All prices are displayed in [set store currency, e.g., EUR or USD].

  • If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank will apply the current exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.

8) What happens if my payment fails?

  • If your payment is declined, double-check:

    • Card details (number, expiry date, CVC)

    • Sufficient funds or credit

    • 3D Secure authentication completed successfully

  • Try another payment method or contact your bank.

  • Orders without successful payment will not be processed.

9) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No — we do not offer Cash on Delivery to maintain fast, secure, and efficient order processing.

10) How do refunds work for each payment method?

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Card payments: 3–7 business days after processing

  • PayPal / Wallet payments: Instant to 48 hours

  • Klarna / PayPal Pay Later: Your payment plan will be updated accordingly
